Antiques Near Me, LLC ("we", "us", or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respond to valid notices of copyright infringement. We reserve the right to remove any content at any time at our sole discretion, with or without a DMCA notice.

1. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• Identification of the specific material that is claimed to be infringing or the subject of infringing activity
• Your contact information (address, telephone number, email address)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

2. Our Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
• Notify the user who posted the content
• Provide the user with a copy of the notice and an opportunity to submit a counter-notice

3. Counter-Notice

If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, and telephone number
• Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

We maintain a policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

5. Law Enforcement Cooperation

We cooperate with law enforcement agencies when required by law. We retain limited upload logs (including IP address and file hash) for 60 days to assist with legitimate law enforcement requests, including cases involving child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or stolen content. 6. Misrepresentation

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability.
